Shipping & Returns
Our standard shipping is via First Class & Priority USPS Ground. During holidays, sales periods, and in the case of inclement weather events shipping may take up to two weeks. We are a small, female-founded and operated business and appreciate your patronage and patience. Thank you SO much for shopping local and handmade!
NOTE: Due to COVID-19 shipping delays may occur. We are doing our best to ship all orders in 1-3 business days, however we have heard from other businesses that USPS and UPS are experiencing delays in certain parts of the country. We ask for your patience during this difficult time - if you need something by a specific date, please order early (we are also more than happy to discuss delivery options with you to ensure your package arrives in time).

- USPS first class, priority mail or UPS (depends on weight)
- $5 for orders under $75,
- free for orders of $75+ (note: this is the order total AFTER any discounts)

returns & exchanges
We will accept returns and exchanges on any unopened or unused items in their original packaging with your original receipt for a full refund.
Return shipping: to return an item email email@example.com with the name of the item and your order number. We will send you a pre-printed return address label.
Exchanges: for a product exchange, we will pay to ship the item back to us however in order to ship the item back to you we ask that you cover the cost of shipping. We are a small shop, unfortunately at this time we cannot cover the cost of shipping items back and forth. Please check product descriptions carefully when ordering, and if you have any questions email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help clarify information. Where feasible, we've made sure to add product dimensions and sizing info to help make purchasing online more clear.
Please note that shipping costs can not be refunded. When you purchase from our shop, we charge just enough to cover the cost of the postage we pay to USPS or UPS. . . therefore unfortunately we cannot refund that money.
Note: custom orders are a final sale and can not be refunded.
problems with orders
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We want you to be happy with everything you order from the COMMUNITY - we take pride in inspecting and carefully packing the precious items in our shop before we ship them out. Things happen, mistakes are made, shipping carriers occasionally drop-kick packages. . .let us know if something isn't right and we'll work to fix it!

Gift purchases can be exchanged for other items in our shop and/or for store credit (in the form of a gift card). Email firstname.lastname@example.org regarding returns and include the name of the item(s) you would like to exchange and the order # if available (if not, the name of the person who gifted the item).
Unfortunately we cannot issue cash refunds for gift purchases.
